Advisory Team Professional Growers Bingenheimer Saatgut NL/BE
The Bingenheimer Saatgut AG was founded in 2001 and has been expanding its impact ever since. Our aim is to further advance
organic seed production and plant breeding. To help achieve these goals, we are looking for support as soon as possible in our Sales and Advisory Team for Professional Growers Specifically for the field-based service in Belgium and the Netherlands (m/f/d). Full-time, part-time possible.
Biodynamic breeding methods are particularly important to us. We offer vegetable, herb, and
flower seeds, primarily from Demeter-certified cultivation. With a team of 95 people, we work within a vibrant network. Fair and cooperative
interaction with one another and with our business partners is a key priority for us.
Your tasks:
• Advising our customers on variety selection, either on-site or by phone
• Processing orders and providing expert support to the sales team
• Maintaining communication with initiatives and partners within the organic network in the respective countries
• Keeping in contact with the organic farming research centres
• Co-organizing and representing the company at events
What you bring to the position:
• Several years of professional experience in organic farming, ideally with knowledge of our varieties
• Proficient use of MS-Office
• Language skills: Dutch at native level; proficiency in German or English at business level; basic knowledge of French is desirable
• Willingness to travel, especially from June to October
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for the further development of organic seed work
• Enjoy working independently
